Epic NYC Dash: Conquer the Big Apple in 48 Hours

Buckle up, we are about to embark on a whirlwind escapade through the city that never sleeps. New York!

Day 1

  • Start your day with a leisurely stroll in Central Park for scenic views, or photograph those famous film locations, a boat ride on the lake or a horse and carriage ride.
  • Walk past Trump Tower.
  • Head to Times Square, the iconic hub of Broadway theatres, neon lights, and bustling activity. Take in the vibrant atmosphere and snap some photos.
  • On to the iconic Empire State Building for panoramic views of the city.
  • Visit Hudson Yards and take a lift to Edge, the highest sky deck, look 100 floors down from the glass floor or even lean out over the city.
  • Walk the High Line from Hudson Yards down through Chelsea. Pop into Chelsea Market for seafood and then down to the Meatpacking District.

Day 2

  • Immerse yourself in art and culture at the MoMA. Admire works by Picasso, Van Gogh, and other renowned artists.
  • Rockefeller centre you must visit the View from the Rock, 70 floors up inside and outside the views are spectacular especially at sunset.
  • St Patrick’s Cathedral.
  • Check out the ceiling in Grand Central Station.
  • Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge for stunning views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
  • Take the Staten Island ferry across for views of the Statue of Liberty.
  • World Trade Centre and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
  • Lastly don’t forget a Broadway show.

This is just a snapshot of things to do in New York City.  So, prioritise the sights that interest you the most. Whether it’s iconic landmarks, cultural experiences, delicious food, or nightlife and we haven’t even gone into shopping!
