The airline is taking over SPOT24, a new multi-purpose venue located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, close to the sites of many Paralympic events. Celebrating the new Olympic events and urban cultures, SPOT24 is also the visitor centre for ‘Paris je t’aime’, the city of Paris’ tourist office.
In the area dedicated to Air France, visitors will be able to try out the airline’s latest Business cabin between two events or when visiting the French capital.
The company will also use this venue to present and promote its SAPHIR assistance service for customers with disabilities. For more than 20 years, the SAPHIR service has been offering Air France customers with a disability a range of services and assistance before and after their flight and throughout their journey. These services include support with booking, issuing tickets, and providing assistance in collaboration with the exceptional transportation department. Every year, Air France provides close to 600,000 customers this special assistance during their trip.
Visitors will also be able to enter the company’s competition for a chance to win two tickets in the Business cabin to any long-haul destination.
