American Airlines celebrates popular summer travel destinations with new European-inspired inflight dining menu

As summer travel takes off, American Airlines is celebrating the spirit of exploration with new seasonal routes to Venice (VCE), Naples (NAP), Edinburgh (EDI), and beyond.

To complement these journeys, the airline is introducing an elevated inflight dining experience, inspired by the flavours of Europe, launching this Wednesday, June 11.

From the sun-soaked coasts of Italy to the timeless charm of Scotland, the curated summer menu brings the essence of these destinations to passengers’ seats. Expect vibrant seafood specialties and comforting classics, each dish crafted to showcase the rich culinary heritage of these iconic regions.

French-inspired dishes: Ratatouille and porcini short rib

Customers flying in Flagship® Business, a Flagship Suite® Preferred seat or Flagship Suite® seats on routes to Paris (CDG); Nice, France (NCE); Rome (FCO); Milan (MXP); VCE; NAP; Barcelona, Spain (BCN); Madrid (MAD); Frankfurt, Germany (FRA); Munich (MUC); London (LHR); EDI; and Dublin (DUB) will be able to experience these curated menus that turn every meal into a destination.
