All carnivores should head to Provence this summer as Airelles unveils a seasonal pop-up with the internationally-acclaimed Beefbar, taking place in the fragrant gardens of La Bastide de Gordes, a 16th-century Provençal gem.

Guests can look forward to an intimate outdoor dining experience savouring a curated selection of Beefbar’s signature classics, accompanied by showstopping views over the Luberon Valley.

Running from June 27 to August 28, 2025, the Beefbar pop-up will be open to both hotel guests and external visitors, operating two evening services daily, accomodating up to 40 diners, at 7:15 PM and 10:15 PM.

Menu Highlights

The Provençal pop-up will feature an edit of Beefbar’s most popular dishes, with the menu being split into two categories – Comfort Food and Street Food.

Comfort Food: featuring a selection of grilled meats including Australian and American Black Angus, Australian and American Wagyu, all served with the brand’s iconic Beefbar signature sauce.   Tonkatsu Milanese 66 will also feature, a Milanese-style veal fillet with Panko breadcrumbs and steamed Chilean sea bass fillet, capers & fresh ginger.

Street Food: featuring Kobe beef prosciutto (a global exclusive) ; mini smashed burgers with cheese, secret sauce and pickles ; Kobe butter-fried KFC and Wagyu & black truffle quesadillas. For something a little lighter, the Leaf & Reef Collection offers fresh seasonal salads and fish dishes including ceviche and crab tacos.

The all-important sides will include parmesan and black truffle fries, grilled corn with spicy sauce and crunchy garlic and Padron peppers.

Dessert: The iconic Gelato Mantecato – a creamy milk-flavoured ice cream designed for sharing with a sublime selection of sauces and toppings to choose from and the Exotic Burnt Cheesecake with white chocolate.

Airelles guests will also be able to enjoy a Beefbar poolside dining experience at lunchtime as three of the brand’s signature classics will be available from the hotel’s pool bar during the day.   Dishes will include Kobe beef prosciutto, super kale salad and ceviche rosado.

Founded in Monaco in 2005 by Riccardo Giraudi, a key player in the importation of exceptional meats in Europe, Beefbar is now present in Monaco, Hong Kong (Michelin-starred), New York, Dubai, Mykonos, London, São Paulo, and many other cities. This antithesis of the traditional steakhouse owes its international success to direct sourcing of the world’s finest meats, expertly prepared with a bold fusion of grilling and luxury street food inspired by global recipes — all served in an atmosphere that is as relaxed as it is glamorous.
