Saudi Arabia’s tourism authority has announced a series of nationwide summer discounts aimed at attracting more international visitors, with offers on accommodation, leisure activities, dining and transport.
The “Summer Deals” programme, part of the Saudi, Welcome to Arabia campaign, and available through its VisitSaudi.com platform until 30 September 2025, includes reduced rates at a range of Marriott International properties.
Visitors booking through the platform can receive discounted room rates, dining offers and complimentary experiences such as spa treatments, guided tours and cultural activities. Participating hotels include the St Regis Red Sea Resort, Bab Samhan in Diriyah, Le Méridien Riyadh, Nujuma Ritz-Carlton Reserve and The Jeddah EDITION.
Adventure tour provider DRB Arabia is also offering packages that combine paid activities such as stargazing, buggy rides and archery with additional experiences at no extra cost, including hiking, axe throwing and mountain biking.
Additional discounts are available to those who register with Visit Saudi’s savings platform. These include reduced prices at selected restaurants in Riyadh, entry to live music events, car hire and taxi journeys.
The initiative comes as Saudi Arabia continues to promote its tourism sector as part of broader economic diversification plans. The country has been seeking to increase international visitor numbers through large-scale events, expanded hospitality infrastructure and eased visa access for many nationalities.
