Set in the elegant surroundings of Mosaic, this fairy tale inspired afternoon tea blends festive indulgence with Westin refinement. Guests can enjoy a classic selection of delicate finger sandwiches, warm scones and whimsical patisserie creations such as the Enchanted Slipper tartlet and Starry Midnight Napoleon, with vegan and vegetarian options available. Elevate the experience with a glass of bubbles to add a little festive sparkle.

Seasonal Sips & Carols
Guests can cosy up with a glass of mulled wine, decadent boozy hot chocolate or a classic mince pie at the riverside bar Hithe + Seek, the perfect way to toast the season with stunning Thames views and every Thursday (between 27th November & 18th December) from 5:30pm–7:30pm, carol singers will fill The Haven with festive cheer which guests can enjoy alongside complimentary mulled wine, hot chocolate and mince pies!
Festive Dining Celebrations
Celebrate the season in style at Mosaic and Hithe + Seek, where festive menus showcase refined winter flavours and signature Westin warmth. Throughout December, Mosaic’s festive party menus feature seasonal favourites such as seared scallops with honey-glazed parsnip purée, ham hock terrine with toasted brioche, and the classic butter-roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing and pigs in blankets.
On Christmas Day, Mosaic serves an elegant feast with dishes like dressed crab and lobster salad, poached halibut with Oscietra caviar, and braised Jacob’s Ladder beef, followed by timeless desserts including Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and Basque chocolate cheesecake. Guests may also opt for the à la carte Christmas menu, offering a sophisticated selection of seasonal plates.
To welcome 2026, Hithe + Seek hosts a spectacular New Year’s Eve dinner, featuring luxurious seafood and seasonal sharing platters, from langoustine and steamed lobster to herb-crusted lamb canon, accompanied by Champagne and live music overlooking the River Thames.
