The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts has launched a collection of seasonal packages called The Wonders of Winter, taking up to 38 per cent off stays at its properties in Europe and Asia. The Pavilions Hotels winter offers apply to direct bookings and, at most of the hotels, cover stays from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
For UK business travellers, the most useful discounts are in Amsterdam, Madrid and Rome, where the group’s boutique hotels are taking 15 to 20 per cent off. Most packages carry a minimum stay of two nights or more, so the savings favour longer assignments and those who add a weekend to their business trips.
How much are the winter rates in Europe?
Winter rates at the group’s European hotels start from EUR 148++ (approximately £127++) per night at Casa Almagro by The Pavilions in Madrid, based on two sharing a Classic King Room with daily breakfast. The hotel is taking 15 per cent off stays of at least two nights.
The Toren, Amsterdam by The Pavilions, on the Keizersgracht, is offering 15 per cent off stays of three nights or more, from EUR 242++ (approximately £207++) per night for two sharing a Cosy Double Room, with 20 per cent off bike hire.
In Rome, The First Musica, The First Dolce and The First Arte are taking 15 per cent off three-night stays and up to 20 per cent off stays of four nights or more. Rates at The First Musica start from EUR 418++ (approximately £358++) per night for two sharing a Prestige Room, including daily breakfast.
Château de Fiac, by The Pavilions, in France’s Tarn countryside, is offering 20 per cent savings, from EUR 225++ (approximately £193++) per night for two sharing a Classic Room.
Pavilions Hotels winter offers in Asia
The largest discount is at The Pavilions Bali in Sanur, where stays of two nights or more are reduced by up to 38 per cent. Rates begin at IDR 2,550,000++ (approximately £108++) per night for two sharing a Garden Villa, for stays from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The Pavilions Phuket is offering 25 per cent off stays of four nights or more, from THB 4,200++ (approximately £95++) per night for two sharing a Tropical View Suite. Stays of seven nights or more add a complimentary one-way airport transfer, plus early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.
In Nepal, The Pavilions Himalayas, The Farm is offering 20 per cent off stays of at least two nights, from USD 160++ (approximately £122++) per night for two sharing a Pavilions Classic Room.
What business travellers should check before booking
Every price quoted carries the ++ notation, which in hotel pricing normally signals that taxes and service charges are added on top, so the final bill will be higher than the starting rate. The sterling figures are the group’s own approximate conversions.
The Pavilions Hotels winter offers are also restricted to direct bookings. That matters for companies whose travel policy requires staff to book through a travel management company or an approved tool, so anyone claiming the stay on expenses should confirm first that a direct booking will be reimbursed. Travellers extending a trip at their own cost face no such constraint. We have reported that 60 per cent of UK workers extend business trips into holidays, and our feature on bleisure travel trends and statistics sets out what employers should consider.
The Wonders of Winter follows the group’s summer offers from The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts in 2025. Bookings are taken through The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts website, and anyone heading to Indonesia, Thailand or Nepal should read the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office travel advice first.
The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts has a portfolio of 13 hotels and resorts across Asia and Europe.
