In October 2025, Air France is teaming up for the first time with the great French pastry chef Yann Couvreur to compose new desserts to be enjoyed in the long-haul Business cabin.

A new gourmet and refined way to continue to make French pastry excellence fly around the world.

Yann Couvreur has thus imagined five exclusive sweet creations for the company’s Business customers. Crunchy biscuit desserts, ganache and intense dark chocolate mousse or crispy biscuit desserts, almond mousse and pear confit are among the recipes developed by the chef, illustrating his attachment to the simple and seasonal products that he likes to work with.

Yann Couvreur was inspired by the very essence of great French pastry: the sincerity of taste and the accuracy of the products. He shares his desire to “take French local products on a journey and to introduce Air France customers to his creations with high standards”.

Gradually unveiled over the next six months, these sweets are now on the menu, on board all the company’s long-haul flights departing from Paris.

This dessert combines textures with its biscuits, crunchies, ganaches and mousses, with intense dark chocolate and a hint of salt. »

In the long-haul Business cabin, Air France has entrusted the preparation of its desserts to an exceptional French signature since 2023, the final touch to a high-flying culinary experience. As an ambassador of French gastronomy, the company welcomes Yann Couvreur to its brigade of chefs to continue to delight its customers during the trip.
