As the White Lotus set-jetting lens turns to Thailand, Aleenta Resorts reveals a series of enhancements to its boutique retreats in two of the series’ filming locations: Phuket and Chiang Mai.
Launching on 15th September, the introduction of The Club at Aleenta and a new Butler Service for selected suites and villas provides an upgraded guest experience across these two properties which are now both members of The Leading Hotels of the World, a brand that has ‘curated the exceptional since 1928’.
The Club at Aleenta presents a new room category for guests looking to enhance their stay. Benefits include upgraded in-room amenities such as complimentary mini-bar and Frette linens, daily afternoon tea, and an Aperitif & Canapé cocktail hour providing an opportunity to meet with other guests or simply convene before dinner. At both properties, there will also be a dedicated relaxation lounge available exclusively for Club guests offering a tranquil space with complimentary refreshments.
Their stay will also be extended thanks to priority check in and guaranteed late check out. At Aleenta Phuket Phang Nga Resort & Spa, ten one-bedroom Grand Deluxe Pool Villas have been upgraded to Club Rooms. These offer a 141m2 space with a private pool that’s been designed to reflect the resort’s ‘outdoor living-in’ concept. At the more intimate 44-room Aleenta Retreat Chiang Mai, Club Rooms will be hosted in eight prime Deluxe Balcony rooms on a dedicated Club floor, with views over the tropical gardens and the retreat’s antique teak buildings.
In addition to The Club at Aleenta’s elevated room offering, a newly introduced Butler Service will be available as an option for guests staying in three and four bedroom villas at the two properties. As the second hotel brand in Thailand to undergo training with The British Butler Institute, Aleenta’s Butler Service team will offer an added layer of intuitive luxury including personalized mini-bar and sleeping menu, packing and unpacking service, and a dedicated butler/concierge available 24/7 via WhatsApp line. Guests staying in The Club at Aleenta rooms will also have on-request access to concierge services provided by the Butler team.
Anchalika Kijkanakorn, Managing Director at parent company AKARYN Hotel Group says, “We are delighted to offer The Club at Aleenta and Butler Services at our hotels in Phuket and Chiang Mai, both now members of the esteemed Leading Hotels of the World. These enhancements have been made to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy a slower pace of life, offering an elevated experience to those enjoying a relaxing stay, or in addition to our immersive retreat programs. While our boutique brand celebrates individuality, nature, and the varying micro-cultures of each destination, these shared experiences across two of our distinct hotels unify our product in a way that represents the true meaning of Aleenta and our overarching mission to provide our guests with ‘A Rewarding Life.”
The Club at Aleenta will also be introduced at the brand’s third boutique resort, Aleenta Hua Hin Pranburi Resort & Spa in due course.
