Executive Chef Humayu Tajak’s culinary journey began in India, where food was at the heart of family life and his earliest memories were formed in his mother’s kitchen. Upon moving to the UK over 20 years ago, he developed a deep appreciation for traditional British cuisine, drawn to its reliance on quality local meats and rich seasonal produce. His Beef Cottage Pie is a refined tribute to classic British comfort food—a dish that celebrates local UK ingredients while showcasing his passion for its rich, hearty flavours and comforting warmth.

At the heart of the Beef Cottage Pie is slow-cooked, premium locally sourced British beef paired with fresh seasonal vegetables and topped with smooth, creamy mashed potatoes. Crafted specifically for global travellers, the dish offers a refined take on a timeless British classic, balancing depth of flavour with wholesome ingredients to deliver a comforting, satisfying dining experience that embodies the spirit of British hospitality.
