Flight Centre Travel Group has agreed a three-year extension to its partnership with HotelHub, continuing a collaboration that underpins hotel content delivery across its corporate travel management companies.
The original agreement, signed in 2021, saw HotelHub appointed as the hotel booking and distribution partner for Flight Centre’s TMC portfolio, including FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller. The renewed deal will see HotelHub continue to provide multi-source hotel content to both agent-facing and traveller booking tools.
London-based HotelHub supplies accommodation inventory to platforms including FCM Booking and Corporate Traveller’s Melon booking tool, enabling access to a broad range of hotel content while supporting policy compliance and duty of care requirements.
Kelly Spencer, head of corporate content and supply at Flight Centre Travel Group, said the partnership has allowed its TMCs to better tailor hotel programmes for corporate clients. “Working with HotelHub has enabled us to deliver preferred hotel content alongside greater cost control, while meeting compliance and duty-of-care standards,” she said. “This next phase of our partnership will go even further to deliver an improved user experience and enhanced cost efficiency for our customers.”
Paul Raymond, chief commercial officer at HotelHub, described the relationship as a collaborative success. “From day one, this has been a true partnership,” he said. “It’s been great to see FCTG fully embrace the breadth of HotelHub’s functionality to support and scale its corporate travel business.”
The extended agreement reinforces both companies’ focus on technology-led solutions for managed travel, as corporate buyers continue to prioritise content choice, policy control and seamless booking experiences.
