UK-based travel management company Good Travel Management has rebranded as Good Business Travel, marking the launch of a new umbrella organisation, The Good Travel Collective, following its acquisition and merger with CT Business Travel last autumn.

The restructure brings together a number of specialist travel and events businesses under one banner, as the group positions itself for expansion and a deeper focus on social impact and ESG-led services for corporate clients.

The Good Travel Collective now comprises several divisions, including Good Business Travel as its corporate travel management arm, alongside GT Groups and GT Trade Missions. The group’s leisure portfolio includes Pettitts Travel and AG Cruises and Tours, both of which were acquired as part of the CT Business Travel deal in October 2024. The rebrand also introduces a new events management business, Never Beige, led by Lesley-Anne Brandon, who joins as groups and events director.

All divisions are owned by the John Good Group.

Kevin Harrison, director of The Good Travel Collective, said the rebrand reflects a broader strategic ambition that goes beyond traditional travel management.

“Good Business Travel will place even greater emphasis on social impact and ESG support for clients,” Harrison said. “We want to go beyond the norms of business travel and support organisations in much greater depth, from managing sustainability initiatives and volunteering programmes through to charitable giving, alongside our core travel services.”

The combined business employs around 125 people and generates annual turnover of just over £90 million. The group said it has ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions.

Harrison added that the group was unapologetic about the role of profitability in supporting its wider mission. “We are not scared to talk about profit as it fuels our other two pillars of people and planet,” he said.

He pointed to the group’s work in emerging markets through its tour operating and trade missions divisions, where it supports tourism development and economic growth, while also capitalising on rising demand for group travel, experiential programmes and events management.

Prior to the merger, CT Business Travel ranked as the UK’s 30th largest travel management company in BTN Europe’s Leading TMCs 2025 report, with annual sales of £44 million. Good Business Travel, then operating as GTM, ranked 31st with sales of £41.2 million. Combined, the businesses now form a more substantial player in the UK corporate travel market, with a broader service offering and clearer growth strategy.
