119 new suites at Porto Sani, major transformations at Sani Beach and Ikos Oceania, and attractive new guest offers
Sani and Ikos, the two award-winning luxury brands, have unveiled a series of major enhancements across their portfolios for the 2027 season, all supported by a new autumn campaign designed to drive early bookings across the Sani Suite Collection and Ikos The Deluxe Collection.
Sani Beach transforms and Porto Sani expands
Sani Beach begins the first phase of an exciting three-year transformation at its spectacular Cape Sani setting, with a selection of rooms and suites being redesigned for 2027. The first phase will introduce newly designed rooms within selected Garden and Sea View Junior Suites, Panorama Junior Suites with sweeping sea views, and One- and Two-Bedroom Family Suites, including selected beachfront options.
The rooms and suites included in this first phase introduce a warm, contemporary look, with natural timber, woven textures and calming neutral tones, set alongside redesigned bathrooms, premium bedding and guest favourites such as Anne Semonin amenities, private balconies, terraces or gardens depending on room category.
This is only the beginning, with future phases building on everything that makes Sani Beach so loved by the families who return to it season after season. Only moments from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre and Chelsea FC Football Academy, as well as the shallow, child-friendly waters of the beautiful Bousoulas beach, Sani Beach offers experiences perfect for every member of the family.
Increasing inventory by approximately 80%, family-focused Porto Sani is gaining 119 new suites, together with an impressive new lagoon-style family pool and an exclusive new poolside eatery.
Inspired by relaxed Mediterranean living, the new suites feature natural timber and calming neutral tones, floor-to-ceiling windows and light-filled interiors, with private gardens and generous balconies extending the living space outdoors. Interconnected suites and selected categories sleep up to six guests, while Marina View suites look directly across the water to Sani Marina’s designer boutiques and restaurants. The much-loved destination also offers dining favourites such as Elia and Lima, dedicated kids’ club and a crèche.
These enhancements build on the wider experience of multi-award-winning Sani, one extraordinary destination where paradises meet: across five distinctive hotels, pristine beaches, pine forests, Sani Marina and a wealth of experiences, guests have the freedom to shape every stay in their own way.
Greater value for families at Sani in 2027
Beyond the new additions, families and larger groups travelling together will enjoy even better value across selected Sani hotels in 2027. At Sani Asterias, two guests pay and everyone else sharing the accommodation stays free, subject to room occupancy limits or conditions.
At Porto Sani, the third and fourth guests aged 12 and over stay free in Three-Bedroom Suites, while children under 12 always stay free. And at Sani Dunes, families travelling with a teenager or third adult pay less for the additional guest across six selected suite categories.Together, these offer even greater flexibility for families travelling across generations.
Ikos Oceania reimagined and new villas unveiled at Ikos Dassia
The first-ever Ikos resort, Ikos Oceania in Halkidiki, begins a new chapter with all 290 rooms and suites to be reimagined ahead of the 2027 season as the first phase of a wider renovation. The redesign spans every room category, from Double Rooms and Junior Suites through to family accommodation and The Deluxe Collection suites. All the much-loved signature Ikos touches remain, including 24-hour in-room dining and Anne Semonin amenities, now set against an entirely refreshed backdrop, while guests of The Deluxe Collection continue to enjoy exclusive extras including private beaches and pool areas, and a dedicated concierge service.
At Ikos Dassia in Corfu, The Deluxe Collection Three-Bedroom Beachfront Villa with Private Pool will be redesigned for 2027, providing an exceptional private villa option for larger families and groups. Drawing on the contemporary Mediterranean style debuted at Ikos Porto Petro and Ikos Odisia, the refreshed interiors combine natural stone, warm timber and tactile fabrics with a calming neutral palette, and light-filled living spaces flow out to a heated private pool and direct beachfront setting. Guests enjoy the privacy of their own residence alongside the wider resort — Ikos Dassia’s eight restaurants, spa and extensive beachfront.
Whether at Ikos Oceania, Ikos Dassia or beyond, the Ikos Beyond All-Inclusive concept brings guests closer to each destination — with menus curated by Michelin-starred chefs, more than 100 wine labels and the Ikos Private Cellar, plus Local Discovery, which gives guests a complimentary MINI Countryman to explore at their own pace and the chance to Dine Out at the best local restaurants.
