The new hotel showcases Holiday Inn’s latest lobby design, where the front desk, ordering counter and full‑service bar sit together as a single connected hub — a layout created to streamline arrivals and reflect how travellers move through public spaces today . The opening comes as the brand continues to hold its position as the #1 Most Trusted U.S. Travel & Hospitality Brand for the sixth consecutive year, according to Morning Consult Intelligence.
Located less than ten minutes from Denver International Airport, the 106‑room hotel offers a complimentary shuttle and easy access to major employers, healthcare institutions, youth sports facilities and Denver‑area attractions . Inside, the design centres on flexible, multi‑purpose spaces that allow guests to gather, work or relax, with adaptable meeting areas and dedicated catering options for groups and events.
