Hyatt Hotels is courting the UK’s party planners with a new incentive that turns hosting duties into holiday currency: book a celebration for 30 or more guests and the host walks away with a complimentary night at any Hyatt hotel worldwide, plus 10,000 World of Hyatt points.
The refreshed celebration packages, aimed at everything from birthdays and anniversaries to baby showers, retirements and children’s parties, are available at three of the group’s UK properties and start from £35 per person, a deliberate play for the private events market as the chain continues to expand its British footprint. Hyatt has previously set out plans to grow its UK portfolio by more than 30 per cent, and filling event space outside the corporate calendar is an increasingly important part of that equation.
Entry-level packages at £35 per person cover private event space, a finger buffet, tea and coffee, bar service and decorations. From £50 per person, hosts can upgrade to a three-course dinner, enhanced buffet or carving station, with drinks for toasts, speakers, PA systems and video screens included. A premium tier adds buffet dining, three drinks per guest, atmospheric uplighting and a fully managed bar.
The headline reward, however, is reserved for the host. Once the last guest has gone home, organisers of qualifying events receive a free night redeemable at any Hyatt property worldwide alongside the 10,000-point bonus, enough, under World of Hyatt‘s award chart, to fund a further free night at lower-category hotels.
In east London, Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford operate as a dual-hotel campus overlooking Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with 10 flexible event spaces for between 10 and 150 guests.
In Manchester, Hyatt Regency Manchester and Hyatt House Manchester sit on the Oxford Road Corridor and offer 15 spaces for 20 to 200 guests, headlined by the Eighteenth Floor and its panoramic views across the city towards the Peak District.
Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport rounds out the trio with 14 event spaces, including the recently relaunched Blue Sky Suite with runway views, pitched at pre-holiday gatherings and milestone events with a difference.
The push comes as Hyatt reports continued momentum globally, with RevPAR up 5.4 per cent in the first quarter of 2026 and a record development pipeline. The group has also argued that cultural and social experiences are increasingly driving travel demand, a trend these packages are squarely designed to capture.
