Jet2.com has been honoured with Feefo’s 2025 Exceptional Service Award—one of only 33 global winners and the only airline recognised—for consistent customer service excellence.

Jet2.com has introduced its first major redesign of cabin crew and pilot uniforms in over 20 years.

The new uniforms, which were launched yesterday, Monday, will be worn by nearly 6,000 crew members. This redesign comes ahead of the airline’s summer 2025 season, which is expected to see a record number of customers flying with Jet2.com.

The new uniforms feature several significant changes, including a switch from black to navy blue for pilots and a modernised cabin crew uniform with silver buttons and red detailing. A new dress option has also been introduced for cabin crew, alongside the existing skirt and trouser options. Waistcoats and cardigans have been developed, and better-quality fabrics have been used for greater comfort, while there is improved functionality in the form of pockets and a new apron.

The uniforms, designed by Jermyn Street Design, incorporate fibres made from recycled materials and will be delivered to staff in fully recyclable packaging.
