Introducing a flexible, design-led and fully digital accommodation model created for the new generation of urban travellers

Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG), Spain’s leading provider of alternative short- and medium-stay accommodation, continues its international expansion with the signing of its first property in France. Located in the heart of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, the new asset will open in early 2026, marking a major step in LHG’s strategy to establish itself as a pan-European reference in flexible, tech-driven urban hospitality.

This first operation in France is part of an agreement with RedBlue, the property owner, founded by Francesco Crivelli, and marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration. The property joins the Líbere network, marking the debut of Líbere’s innovative and flexible hospitality model in France.

Situated at 3 Rue du Havre, between Opéra and Saint-Lazare stations, the upper-upscale building offers a prime location with spacious, high-end apartments. It currently features 12 units accommodating up to 50 guests, with a renovation planned to expand capacity to 19 units.

The project emphasizes guest autonomy, modern design, and convenient location, close to Paris’s key business and leisure areas, strengthening across Europe.

“Our arrival in Paris marks a decisive milestone for Líbere Hospitality Group. Establishing ourselves in one of the world’s most competitive markets reinforces our pan-European vision and highlights the advantages of our flexible accommodation model. We are proud to partner with RedBlue and look forward to developing new projects together across Europe,” says Antón de la Rica, Co-CEO of Líbere Hospitality Group.

Expansion and sustainable growth across Europe

With the signing of this new asset, Líbere Hospitality Group reinforces its position as one of Europe’s fastest-growing operators in alternative hospitality. By 2025, the Group will have 1.000 units in operation across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and the United Kingdom, within a broader pipeline of 2,300 units, including those currently under development.

LHG has pursued a sustainable and disciplined expansion strategy, balancing a presence in major capitals with growth in dynamic secondary European cities. This strategy has positioned the company as a trusted partner for top-tier investors and property owners.

By 2025, the Group expects revenue to exceed €32 million, doubling the previous year’s result, driven by international expansion and the strong performance of its existing portfolio. The opening of its first property in Paris demonstrates LHG’s ability to enter mature, highly competitive markets while maintaining brand consistency and operational efficiency.

“France, and Paris in particular, represent a decisive step in our international roadmap. Entering one of Europe’s most competitive markets confirms the strength of our value proposition and our ambition to continue growing in strategic cities across the continent,” adds Amaury Painvin, Head of Business Development in France, Libere Hospitality Group.
