Marriott Hotels has strengthened its presence in North India with the opening of the Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa in Delhi NCR, unveiling a 158-room urban resort designed for leisure travellers, destination weddings and corporate retreats.
Set against the dramatic Aravali range, the new resort offers a nature-led escape within easy driving distance of Delhi and Faridabad. Marriott said the opening reflects its continued expansion across key urban and leisure markets in India, as demand grows for premium resorts that combine accessibility with immersive experiences.
The property has been designed around a free-flowing layout, anchored by a striking two-tier pool that acts as both a visual centrepiece and a social hub. Open-air walkways, landscaped gardens and expansive green spaces create a strong connection to the surrounding environment, while interiors emphasise natural light, contemporary finishes and relaxed resort-style living.
Accommodation spans rooms, villas and suites, each with private balconies or patios overlooking the pool, gardens or the Aravali landscape. Marriott said the design focuses on comfort and functionality, catering to families, groups and longer-stay guests seeking space and privacy.
A key pillar of the resort is its dining offering. Aravali Kitchen, the all-day restaurant, blends regional Indian flavours with international favourites through live cooking stations. Huang introduces Pan-Asian cuisine in a street-market-inspired setting, while Glaze transitions from a daytime café into an evening lounge. The Olive Grove Poolside Bar completes the line-up with cocktails and light bites in an open-air setting.
Wellness facilities include a full-service spa with treatment rooms and sauna facilities, alongside a fully equipped fitness centre. For social and recreational activities, the resort’s Club House provides informal gathering spaces for families, groups and corporate offsites, while the Giggles Kids Club offers supervised activities for younger guests.
Positioned as a major events destination for the region, the Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa features more than 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space across five venues. These include expansive lawns and flexible banqueting areas designed to host large-scale weddings, social celebrations and business events.
Marriott said the opening underscores the growing appetite in India for resorts that blend celebration, wellness and business travel, particularly within close reach of major cities. The Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa is now open to guests, with reservations available via Marriott’s global booking platform.
