New, affordable VIP airport service ‘takes off’ at Luton

Fastrack VIP, a revolutionary new personal service for travellers has launched at Luton – bringing an affordable, hassle-free experience to families, business travellers and frequent flyers.

Launched from Luton, but coming soon to Gatwick and Heathrow, Fastrack VIP will allow travellers a queue-free, stress-free flying experience as soon as they arrive at the airport after parking their car.

From just £89.99, travellers will get a personal airport service which includes up to 20% discount on car parking, a Fastrack VIP ‘assistant’ who greets you with a luggage trolley and guides you through check-in, baggage drop and security – and on to the departure gate.

For the VIP £149.99 package (with a party of four costing £75 per person), travellers will also receive guaranteed access to the executive airport lounge with complimentary food and drink and bubbly on arrival.

As part of the scheme travellers will also be fast-tracked through security by their Fastrack VIP assistant. Customers of the VIP package will also receive trackable luggage labelling packs which are exclusive to Fastrack VIP customers – as well as 15 per cent discount for any Bliss Spa treatments at Luton located in the Aspire Lounge.

The Fastrack VIP service is piloting from Luton from 10 July 2017, with the service also available to those flying back into the UK. Upon returning to the country travellers will be met by their assistant with a baggage trolley, assisted through baggage reclaim and shown to the relevant driver or transport.
