Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is set to open in 2026, adding a new dimension of family-friendly fun to the Orlando area.

The resort will be part of Everest Place, a $1 billion, 220-acre residential and commercial complex currently under development in Kissimmee. This ambitious project is a collaboration between Everest Place, Nickelodeon’s parent company Paramount, and Lion Star Hospitality, the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

The resort will feature 400 hotel rooms and condo units, offering themed accommodations where guests can interact with beloved characters from Nickelodeon franchises such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Among the resort’s highlights will be several unique dining experiences, including the SpongeBob-inspired Le Spatula restaurant and Mikey’s Pizzeria, paying homage to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ favourite food. The ’90s-inspired Snick Lounge will provide games, sports, and live music, creating a nostalgic atmosphere for visitors.

Additional attractions will include the Aqua Nick water park, a Club Nick kids club, and Nickelodeon retail shops, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience for families.

This new Orlando resort will join the ranks of existing Nickelodeon resorts in Punta Cana and Mexico’s Riviera Maya, both operated by Karisma. Although this is not the first Nickelodeon-themed hotel in Orlando—the original Nick Hotel opened in 2005 but dropped its branding in 2016—the new resort promises a fresh and exciting take on the Nickelodeon experience, appealing to both new and returning fans.
