Nobu Hotel Los Cabos has launched a new premium meetings and events program, Beyond Inclusions, Without Limits, With Nobu, designed to streamline planning while delivering elevated experiences for corporate groups.
The initiative packages Nobu’s signature hospitality into a comprehensive rate, reducing logistical complexity and allowing planners to focus on creativity and connection. At its core is Nobu’s celebrated culinary program, ensuring that gastronomy is not an afterthought but a defining feature of every gathering. Delegates enjoy premium dining across the resort, including access to the world‑renowned Nobu Restaurant, where Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Japanese‑Peruvian fusion cuisine has become synonymous with luxury hospitality.
The property offers more than 14,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space, including the Tsuki Ballroom (up to 480 guests), the Aozora Ballroom, and private meeting rooms. Outdoor venues such as the Shiawase Terrace, accommodating up to 700 guests, and the Yakusoku Terrace and Garden provide atmospheric settings for receptions, networking events and executive dinners.
Supporting facilities include 200 guestrooms and suites, exclusive Nobu Residences for extended stays, a full‑service spa, and multiple dining venues led by Executive Chef Diego Sobrino alongside the flagship Nobu Restaurant.
“Today’s corporate groups are looking for far more than exceptional meeting space. They’re seeking elevated service, personalized experiences, remarkable culinary offerings and inspiring destinations that create lasting connections,” said Manuel Lara, Director of Sales at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.
The launch underscores Los Cabos’ growing strength as a premier MICE destination. According to the Los Cabos Tourism Board, the meetings industry generates more than 700 million Mexican pesos (approximately $38 million) annually, with Los Cabos hosting over 80 percent of the nearly 8,000 meetings held each year in Baja California Sur.
Premium group packages at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos are priced from approximately $1,000 to $1,600 USD per room, per night (double occupancy), including access to Nobu dining, up to four hours of private event space daily, banquet menus, international bar service, and preferential pricing for select outdoor venues.
With its blend of world‑class facilities, signature Nobu dining, and oceanfront setting, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos positions itself as a destination where corporate meetings become immersive, memorable experiences and where Los Cabos continues to lead the region’s MICE industry.
