NUMA Group, the leading European operator of a fully digitised hospitality platform, today announced a significant expansion of its UK portfolio with a new property signing in London and two additional properties in Edinburgh.
All three buildings will operate under the Native brand, following NUMA’s acquisition of the company last year. They underscore NUMA’s strategy to establish a strong presence in the UK’s most
vibrant city centres.
The new London property on Margaret Street is a redevelopment of a former convent
whereby 30 new units will be sensitively created within the listed building. Located in the heart of the West End, it offers guests proximity to world-renowned shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street, as well as the commercial hub of Mayfair and Fitzrovia. The property will incorporate NUMA’s signature technology for a seamless digital guest experience, from booking to check-out.
In Edinburgh, NUMA expands its footprint with two new prime properties with partner HUB (London). The first scheme, at 23 Water Street in Leith, will offer 45 units in the city’s vibrant waterfront district. NUMA’s guests will be close to the acclaimed Royal Yacht Britannia, the lively bars and restaurants at The Shore, and the scenic Water of Leith Walkway.
The second property, at 11-15 Thistle Street, will provide 72 units in Edinburgh’s prestigious New Town. This prime location is just a short walk from St. Andrew Square, Princes Street, and the new St. James Quarter, placing NUMA’s guests at the centre of the city’s shopping and cultural life.
This expansion further solidifies NUMA’s position as a leader in the European hospitality market, where it is now active in 15 countries and 37 cities, with a growing portfolio of 9,000 units.
NUMA’s UK portfolio continues to grow, with future plans to expand into major cities such as Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, and Glasgow, further solidifying its presence in the region.
