Leading travel management company (TMC) Reed & Mackay, part of the Navan Group, is set to showcase its latest enhancements to the R&M/Book platform at this week’s Business Travel Show Europe in London.
The upgraded online booking tool is designed to offer users a more intuitive shopping experience.
The enhanced R&M/Book platform will provide Reed & Mackay’s global clients with access to a broad spectrum of airline fares and options from a unified global view. This includes detailed pricing, sustainability information, and flight experiences, enabling travellers to make the smartest and most cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Key features of the updated booking tool include seat maps and the latest updates on inflight entertainment systems and onboard WiFi services. Users will also benefit from a “snapshot view” of changes and cancellation policies, including any associated fees.
Fahim Khan, Reed & Mackay’s Global Director of Product, commented on the improvements: “We have developed a truly cutting-edge booking platform, envisioned to create an expansive shop front for business travel. Our connected, omnichannel shopping experience is accessible to our growing global client base, regardless of how they choose to book and manage their travel programme with us. Everything has been designed to deliver better experiences, value, and long-term cost-effectiveness for our clients.”
Reed & Mackay has also announced plans for further enhancements to the booking tool throughout the year.
The Navan Group, which includes Reed & Mackay, was ranked as the fourth largest TMC in Europe in 2024, with gross European sales of €3.5 billion in 2023. The company holds the position of the third largest TMC in the UK and the fifth largest agency in Germany.
