This strategic move follows the acquisition of a majority stake in Sleeperz Hotels by Mactaggart Family and Partners, with Resident Hotels managing the portfolio since November 2022.
The Sleeperz Hotels portfolio, comprising over 400 rooms, is strategically located in the heart of Cardiff, Dundee, Edinburgh, and Newcastle upon Tyne, all within close proximity to mainline rail stations. This rebranding aims to enhance the guest experience by aligning with Marriott’s renowned standards of service and quality.
