Rocco Forte Hotels is set to unveil its second Milan property – and the group’s tenth hotel in Italy – later this year.
The former Baglioni Hotel Carlton on Via della Spiga will reopen as The Carlton Milan in late summer, following a top-to-bottom renovation overseen by director of design Olga Polizzi, in collaboration with Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen.
The revamped property will feature around 70 rooms and suites, alongside a restaurant, lounge bar, wellness centre with spa, fitness facilities, and a rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the city skyline.
The Carlton Milan joins the existing Rocco Forte House Milan, an 11-apartment boutique residence which opened on Via Alessandro Manzoni in September 2024. Beyond Milan, Rocco Forte Hotels operates eight additional properties across Italy, including destinations in Florence, Puglia, Rome, and Sicily.
