Singapore Airlines (SIA) has announced a significant refresh of its in‑flight dining programme, introducing more than 100 new and updated dishes across all cabin classes as part of its SIA Chefs’ Selection menu category.
The move forms a key pillar of the carrier’s wider investment in its elevated end‑to‑end travel experience, set to be revealed in Singapore in November 2026.
The enhancements span new appetisers, mains and desserts, developed by SIA’s in‑house and guest chefs in collaboration with catering partners, bringing together familiar comfort dishes, regional favourites and reimagined classics.
Premium cabins will see the most visible upgrades. Suites, First Class and Business Class will feature custom‑designed Christofle serviceware, incorporating a subtle interpretation of SIA’s batik motif to elevate presentation and onboard ambience . Select dishes in Suites and First Class will also receive distinctive presentation touches, with cabin crew offering personalised beverage pairings to complement meal choices.
The airline is expanding its beverage programme with new wine labels for premium cabins and new spirits options across the fleet, giving travellers greater choice and a more curated inflight bar experience.
Senior Vice President Customer Experience, Yeoh Phee Teik, said the refresh reflects evolving customer preferences and dining trends, noting that SIA has reviewed “every aspect of the experience – from menu design, seasonal ingredients, and cooking techniques to beverage selection, presentation, and cabin crew service” to create a more memorable onboard dining journey.
The rollout has already begun, with remaining enhancements including beverages, serviceware and new onboard service elements set to be introduced progressively from November 2026.
