The July Group will officially open The July Dublin on 15 October 2026, marking the premium aparthotel brand’s first venture into Ireland.

Situated on Capel Street, the property places guests within easy walking distance of the River Liffey and Temple Bar, one of Dublin’s most characterful neighbourhoods.

The aparthotel will feature six apartment styles, ranging from compact studios to spacious one‑bedroom suites with private terraces and full in‑room kitchens, designed to accommodate both short and extended stays . Guests will also have access to an on‑site barber shop, flexible co‑working spaces, three meeting rooms, and a laundry facility, creating a multifunctional base for business and leisure travellers alike.

A dedicated wellness area will include a sauna and gym, continuing the brand’s focus on blending living, working and wellbeing under one roof.

The hotel’s signature restaurant, Ónora, has been developed in partnership with Dublin hospitality group Bereen Brothers, whose portfolio includes Coppinger, Orwell Road, Row Wines and Charlotte Quay . Ónora will offer relaxed, all‑day dining built around locally sourced produce, with an outdoor terrace and a coffee hatch designed for guests and locals on the move.

Design has been led by Dublin native Caitriona McGachy, working alongside interior studio Fettle to create a contemporary, residential feel throughout the building . Sustainability is central to the project: the aparthotel holds a BREEAM Excellent certification and operates on 100% all‑electric energy and solar power, using non‑toxic materials throughout.

CEO Joost van Beek said the team aimed to create a space that “blurs the lines between living, working and exploring,” describing the aparthotel as a residential haven designed to adapt to each guest’s rhythm.

General manager Melanie Nocher highlighted Capel Street’s distinctive character, noting the goal of creating a neighbourhood destination where guests and locals naturally come together from day one.
