Business travellers flying out of Lithuania’s capital now have a larger, better equipped Vilnius Airport lounge to wait in, after Aspire Pre-Flight Hospitality, the airport hospitality arm of Swissport International, opened its refurbished and expanded space alongside a new premium tier called Luxe by Aspire.

The lounge, operated with airport owner Lithuanian Airports (LTOU), is now fully open and has been designed to handle growing passenger numbers. For UK firms sending staff to Vilnius, it means a proper place to take calls, hold a short meeting or clear the inbox before the flight home.

What the Vilnius Airport lounge offers business travellers

The most useful feature for anyone on a work trip is the dedicated workspace. It includes a conference table that seats seven for group meetings, individual workstations and fully soundproofed phone booths for private calls. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout, and there are numerous charging points for laptops and phones.

Away from the desk, there are spacious seating areas, a ventilated smoking room and showers with a full towel service for anyone wanting to freshen up before a long flight. A family area with a dedicated children’s play space completes the layout.

Food is cooked daily in an on-site kitchen, with fresh hot and cold dishes that mix regional flavours with international influences. The drinks list covers wines, beers, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic options, while barista coffee comes from Kavos Broliai, a local roastery. The interior takes its cue from Lithuania’s natural scenery and the city’s status as a European Green Capital, with lighting chosen to keep the mood calm.

Two tiers at the Aspire lounge in Vilnius

Guests can choose between two levels of access. The fully refurbished Aspire Lounge is aimed at all travellers. The new Luxe by Aspire area is an exclusive, private space pitched at those travelling for business and upscale leisure, with more room to work and relax, complimentary sparkling wine and a specially curated tasting menu of seasonal dishes.

For companies managing business travel spend, the split offers some flexibility. A firm could book the standard lounge for routine trips and keep Luxe for senior staff or client-facing journeys where a quieter room to prepare is worth paying for, depending on what its travel policy allows. Aspire has used a similar two-tier model elsewhere, including at its Liverpool John Lennon Airport lounge.

Gintarė Norvilaitė-Tautevičė, interim CEO at Lithuanian Airports (LTOU), said: “We have been looking forward to this moment and are delighted to present the extensively refurbished lounge at our capital’s airport. Working with Aspire Pre-Flight Hospitality allows us to ensure world-class service standards that meet the highest expectations of today’s travellers. We are pleased that passengers can now experience this modern, comfortable space, which also reflects Lithuania’s unique identity.”

David Collyer, Global Senior Vice President of Aspire Pre-Flight Hospitality, added: “As Aspire’s global network continues to grow, our focus remains the same: delivering exceptional pre-flight hospitality that combines outstanding service, thoughtfully designed spaces and memorable guest experiences. The opening of our Vilnius lounge reflects our dedication to creating welcoming, elevated environments where travellers can relax, recharge and prepare for their onward journey.”

Who can use the lounge?

The Vilnius Airport lounge is open to every passenger, either by pre-booking or by paying on the day. It is also available to business class passengers, members of selected loyalty programmes and lounge entry programmes such as Priority Pass and DragonPass. Details of the premium tier, along with booking, are on Aspire’s Luxe by Aspire Vilnius page.

Travellers relying on a lounge membership through a company card or travel programme should check their entitlement before they fly, as access schemes do not always cover every tier. Anyone adding a spare day to a work trip will find ideas in our 48 hours in Vilnius feature, and there is more background in our earlier report on Aspire’s Vilnius opening.

Vilnius is one of several Aspire openings planned for 2026, alongside Stockholm, Geneva, Calgary and Manchester. For regular visitors to the Baltics, the new Vilnius Airport lounge gives the end of a work trip a little more structure.
