Following the successful launches of Aethos Ericeira on Portugal’s Silver Coast and Aethos Monterosa in the Italian Alps, Aethos has announced its newest destination: Aethos Sardinia.

The luxurious five-star resort at Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda, promising guests a secluded oasis in the heart of the Mediterranean.

Aethos Sardinia aims to blend nostalgia and glamour with contemporary luxury. Nestled amidst rolling hills with direct access to the sea, the hotel’s architecture harmonises with the landscape, offering panoramic views of the sea, the Gulf, and the La Maddalena Archipelago from every vantage point.

The resort boasts 64 rooms and suites, including Classic Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Rooms with Sea View, Suites with Garden View, Suites with Sea View, and Pool Suites with Sea View. Each room provides a sense of privacy and serenity with terraces or balconies equipped with tables, chairs, and chaise longues. For those desiring even more seclusion, six 2 and 3-bedroom suites will each have a private garden, terrace, and freshwater pool.

Common areas include two exterior freshwater pools with panoramic sea views, a gym, and a private deck on the water for ultimate relaxation. The hotel shop will offer contemporary Italian brands and local artisanal products.

ZAÏA, the modern Mediterranean-style restaurant from Aethos Milan’s Darsena district, will oversee the culinary offerings. ZAÏA Sardinia will create a unique dining experience with a fusion of Mediterranean street food, lively Middle Eastern flavours, and Sardinian charm.

Wellbeing enthusiasts will find a sanctuary of holistic treatments guided by ancient wisdom and modern techniques, leaving guests feeling renewed and recharged. Guests can immerse themselves in curated oceanic adventures, including exclusive yacht trips along the rugged coastline and sunset cruises.

Barcelona-based Astet Studio, which contributed to the success of Aethos Ericeira, has designed the interiors of Aethos Sardinia. The design maintains the essence of Cannigione’s traditional architecture while introducing a refined island aesthetic. The interiors blend traditional salmon tones and red stuccoes with a palette of blues reflecting the Sardinian Sea.

Aethos Sardinia aims to be a place where community is celebrated, where conscious explorers connect, learn, and grow. It is envisioned as a home away from home to unwind, rejuvenate, and indulge.

Rates start from €350 for Deluxe rooms to €900 for Pool Suites.
