The company is also seeing a 20 per cent increase in new account openings compared to 2019 and as a result are investing in growing its direct sales to focus on new client acquisition in the SME sector.
Kieran Hartwell, managing director, corporate, at Travel Counsellors, said: “We are thrilled to see such a rapid pick up in corporate bookings throughout 2022, with sales for the full financial year up by 23 per cent overall compared to 2019 levels. These strong results are a reflection of the care and trusted travel advice that all our Travel Counsellors give to their corporate customers, and we can be positive and optimistic for our continued corporate growth as we go into 2023. This is further reflected in the positive results from our corporate client surveys.”
