Global mobility specialist ECA International has formed a strategic partnership with VisaDoc, an AI-powered business visa platform, as companies face growing pressure to manage international travel compliance more effectively.

The collaboration brings together ECA International’s tracking technology for business travellers and remote workers with VisaDoc’s automated visa processing capabilities, creating what the firms describe as an end-to-end visa compliance solution for corporates.

Under the partnership, business trips assessed through ECA’s Comply platform will be directly linked to VisaDoc’s system, allowing travellers to secure the appropriate visas quickly and with greater certainty. The aim is to reduce administrative burden, minimise compliance risk and provide employers with clearer oversight of immigration obligations.

ECA International said the integration builds on its expertise in tax, immigration and social security compliance, while leveraging VisaDoc’s use of artificial intelligence to automate what has traditionally been a complex and manual process.

Damian Porter, director of partnerships at VisaDoc, said the agreement reflects rising demand from businesses for clarity and speed in managing cross-border travel.

“This partnership represents a significant step toward removing complexity and ensuring corporates can manage visas with confidence and clarity,” he said.

The move comes as organisations increasingly balance flexible working, international assignments and short-term business travel against tightening immigration controls and enforcement globally. By combining compliance assessment with automated visa issuance, the two companies said they aim to help employers reduce risk while improving the experience for travelling employees.
