Latin America will also see a brand first, with Motto by Hilton Recife opening in February 2026. Hilton’s first property in Brazil’s north-eastern capital will offer 132 rooms, a restaurant, coworking space and a rooftop bar overlooking Recife’s historic centre.

Asia-Pacific is another focus area. In Malaysia, Hilton Burau Bay Langkawi Resort will debut with 251 rooms set amid rainforest and coastal scenery, alongside extensive wellness and leisure facilities.
Hilton is also investing heavily in high-traffic transport and resort destinations. Hilton Istanbul Airport will become the group’s first property at one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs, offering 485 rooms directly connected to the terminal. In the US, Hilton Miami Beach is set to reopen in March 2026 following a major refresh, featuring rooftop pools, new dining concepts and expanded meeting space.
Elsewhere, Home2 Suites by Hilton will add a new property in American Canyon at the gateway to Napa Valley, while the The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino will introduce a new boutique-style tower within the flagship resort on Palm Beach.
Alongside new builds, Hilton is undertaking significant renovations at established properties including Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill and Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, refreshing historic hotels for modern travellers.
From luxury flagships to lifestyle and premium economy brands, Hilton’s early 2026 pipeline underscores its strategy of targeted global growth, brand diversification and reinvestment in iconic locations as it competes for travellers in an increasingly experience-driven market.
