A new lifestyle hotel is set to join the Hyde Park neighbourhood this autumn as Hyde & Seek prepares to open following a £42m redevelopment of the former Corus Hotel.
The project, led by Immersive Hospitality Management, has completely reimagined the building after its closure last year.
The hotel will join Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio and feature interiors by Goddard Littlefair, with a bold, 60s‑ and 70s‑inspired aesthetic running through its rooms and public spaces. Plans include an all‑day dining concept, a glass‑roofed courtyard designed for co‑working, and a modern gym aimed at business travellers.
Vertiq Hospitality Partners has been appointed to manage the property, with CEO Erik Jacobs highlighting the company’s focus on full‑service hotels and long‑term brand partnerships. Andrew Khoo, chairman of Immersive Hospitality Management, said the opening will bring a distinctive new option to London’s hotel scene.
Hyde & Seek is expected to welcome its first guests later this year.
