JetBlue has unveiled its latest travel offering with the introduction of new summer seasonal flights to Dublin, with Edinburgh slated to join the list in May.

Responding to high demand, the carrier is now operating daily services from both Boston and New York JFK to Dublin for the summer season, available until September 30.

Dublin emerges as a highly requested European destination previously not served by JetBlue, with travelers from the US comprising nearly 20% of all overseas tourism to Ireland.

From New York, flights depart at 20:47, arriving in Dublin at 09:00 the following day. The return leg departs Dublin at 10:45, landing back into JFK at 13:22. Meanwhile, the Boston service departs at 20:42, touching down in Dublin at 08:20 the next day. The return journey from Dublin leaves at 10:55 and arrives back into Boston at 12:57.

JetBlue faces competition from Aer Lingus, which operates year-round flights from Dublin to both Boston and New York JFK. Additionally, Delta offers year-round flights between JFK and Dublin, along with seasonal services between Boston and Dublin.

Excitingly, JetBlue will expand its offerings with daily seasonal flights from New York JFK to Edinburgh starting May 22.

Joanna Geraghty, CEO of JetBlue, expressed her enthusiasm for the new routes, stating: “JetBlue’s entrance into Dublin is set to introduce a new era of low fares and great service between Ireland and the Northeast. We look forward to introducing our award-winning Mint and core service to business and leisure customers traveling to and from Dublin just in time for Saint Patrick’s Day and the summer holiday season.”
