The French Riviera is set to welcome a major new opening in 2027 with the debut of Le Mas Bellevue Saint‑Tropez, a reimagined five‑star retreat from the Oetker Collection.

Set between Saint‑Tropez and the golden beaches of Pampelonne, the property is being completely reconstructed on the former hotel site to create a secluded hillside hamlet immersed in nature.

According to Oetker Collection, the new resort will feature 78 rooms and suites, each with a private terrace or patio, offering expansive views across the surrounding landscape and out to the Mediterranean . The design is led by Triptyque Architecture, with interiors by Gilles & Boissier, who are shaping the property as 11 interconnected houses arranged like a Provençal village, surrounded by landscaped gardens and climbing vegetation .

Guests can expect a Riviera experience that blends laid‑back authenticity with refined glamour, expressed through natural materials such as aged tiles, local stone, wooden pergolas and lush greenery woven throughout the estate . The resort will also introduce an oversized infinity pool, a large wellness facility, and a new bar and restaurant concept, all designed to maximise the property’s hillside setting and sea views.

Oetker Collection CEO Timo Gruenert describes the project as “a true masterpiece,” emphasising the brand’s ambition to create an unparalleled haven that reflects both the region’s sophistication and its relaxed Provençal spirit.

With its privileged location just minutes from Saint‑Tropez and Pampelonne, its village‑style layout and its design pedigree, Le Mas Bellevue Saint‑Tropez is already shaping up to be one of the Riviera’s most anticipated luxury openings of 2027.
