Philipp Plein and X One LLC (S.H.P.K.) announce the exclusive agreement in Albania to manage a top luxury hotel and serviced apartments under “the Plein Hotel” brand, in addition to the venues Philipp’s Sukaru Ba Restaurant and Crystal Beach club located within a landmark property in the heart of Tirana

Philipp Plein and his  business advisor Carmine Rotondaro are pleased to announce the signing of a multi-year agreement with real estate company X One LLC (S.H.P.K.) for the establishment in Albania of Philipp Plein’s various signature hospitality, entertainment and restaurant formats.

X One, led by Ylli Ujka and Cesk Ivanaj, a solid and dynamic Albanian entrepreneurial reality with close ties to Italy,  is pursuing the ambitious project that will  forever change Tirana’s skyline, as well as the city’s hospitality standard by building and operating the iconic Grand Park Skyline in the heart of the city on Rruga Adem Jashari, at  an uncompromising level of luxury.

The slender towers designed by Valerio Olgiati will house a Plein Hotel of at least 150 rooms, 100 Plein Hotel serviced apartments, a large Philipp’s lounge venue, a Sukaru Ba restaurant and a Crystal Beach beach club. All under the Philipp Plein signature, which aims to convey  its unique lifestyle dimension to customers and fans also  in Tirana.

The joint business project between Philipp Plein and X One combines all the Plein Group’s hospitality, entertainment and catering formats within a single real estate complex and confirms X One as one of  the top players in the luxury hospitality and entertainment market in Albania. The interior design and service offerings will be defined with direct input from fashion designer Philipp Plein, assisted by his architects, with an approach that will reflect the brands’  style and identity  within the extraordinary architectural context of the Grand Park Skyline.

The expected construction timeline is approximately  five years, opening in 2030.
