A new lifestyle hotel brand, The Webster, set to open July with its first London property in Covent Garden, bringing 167 design‑led bedrooms to Lincoln’s Inn Fields.
Developed by Altus Hospitality, the hotel features interiors by London studio Red Deer, with guestrooms designed around warm neutral palettes, textured flooring, hand‑knotted rugs and bespoke lighting. Rooms will also include nostalgic touches such as Marshall speakers, classic alarm clocks and curated books, alongside custom artwork and patterned drapery.
Bathrooms follow a similarly crafted aesthetic, with terrazzo floors, organic ceramic tiles and brushed‑nickel fixtures.
The Webster Covent Garden will house three Italian‑inspired dining and drinking venues, including Carmelina’s — a restaurant and speakeasy offering live jazz — a lobby café and aperitivo bar, and a late‑night Italo‑Disco spot, Carla’s List. The hotel will also host cultural programming such as literary salons, artist residencies and live performances
Reservations are now being taken, with rates starting from £350 for stays from July 2026.
