Set across two connected buildings on Calle Albareda, the 3,758sqm property offers 47 fully equipped apartments from studios to two‑bedroom units accommodating up to 170 guests. A rooftop pool and solarium crown the development, while a ground‑floor bar restaurant welcomes both residents and locals.
The project marks a complete transformation of a former office building, retaining its structure while rebuilding façades and redesigning interiors in warm sand and terracotta tones inspired by Seville’s architecture. The building has achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” sustainability rating, underscoring the group’s commitment to responsible development.

CEO Antón de la Rica said the launch strengthens the brand’s presence in Spain’s major cities, noting Seville’s strong tourism appeal and growing business ecosystem as key drivers of demand for high‑quality, flexible accommodation.
