Free-to-join untourist offers benefits from the first stay, with points redeemable across stays and selected experiences in Italy
UNA Italian Hospitality has launched untourist, a loyalty programme that rewards guests from the moment they join and gives them more ways to use their points than a future hotel booking.
The free programme gives new members 1,500 welcome points, access to special rates and a welcome drink. As they return to UNA’s hotels and resorts, members can unlock room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out and more flexible cancellation terms, depending on their membership level.
The programme also draws on the experiences that bring people to Italy. Alongside reward stays, points can be used for selected dining, wellness and local experiences, giving guests a way to make more of each trip.
untourist has four levels: Traveller, Explorer, Passionate and Lover. Members join at Traveller level, with further benefits added as they progress. At the highest level, members receive VIP treatment and can transfer points to another member.
For UNA Italian Hospitality, the launch brings its hotel stays and wider guest experiences into one loyalty offer, designed for travellers returning to Italy for business, leisure or both.
