InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort has confirmed the programme for Seachella 2.0, The Island Festival, its Easter celebration returning on Saturday 4 April 2026 after a well-received debut in 2025. Topping the bill is Ashley Roberts, the American singer, dancer and television personality best known as a member of The Pussycat Dolls, who will play two DJ sets on the island.

A Street Food Village will serve oysters, Surf and Turf sliders and festival fries, alongside a popcorn and candy floss counter and the Seachella Cocktail Lab.

It is the second themed programme the property has announced for spring, following its Manta Retreat running in March 2026.

The programming extends well beyond the Saturday. The resort’s Planet Trekkers kids club, for ages four to 12, offers marine-themed arts, crafts and mini-expeditions, plus face-painting, beach movie nights, treasure bottle hunts, pizza-making classes and Easter craft sessions. A dedicated Teen Programme adds culinary classes, boho body art, lagoon water sports, private movie screenings, football matches, mocktail masterclasses and teen-tailored spa treatments.
