Bo House, the luxury property management and rental brand under the Eterniti group, has launched in Saint-Barthélemy – its first destination in the Caribbean.
The move marks a milestone for the brand, extending its footprint beyond the French Riviera and Alps for the first time.
Founded in Saint-Tropez in 2017, Bo House offers a curated portfolio of over 350 villas and chalets across Saint-Tropez Bay, Courchevel and Méribel. Blending trust, discretion and deep local expertise, the expansion to Saint-Barthélemy marks its first foray outside of Europe.
The launch brings Bo House’s rental and property management model – along with its signature concierge service – to one of the world’s most sought-after island destinations. The brand is known for delivering hotel-level service within a villa setting, giving guests the privacy and intimacy of a home paired with the comfort and polish of a luxury hotel. That combination is especially valuable in a destination like St Barths, where navigating without insider access, local connections, and in-depth knowledge can prove notoriously difficult.
Whilst the property portfolio on the island is wide, the launch is anchored by three hero properties that showcase very different sides of the island: a hillside retreat with panoramic views, a beachfront villa built for surf and sun, and one of St Barths’ most exclusive private estates.
Axel Rocks sits high above Gustavia, spread across two levels connected by a glass staircase, with the main living spaces opening straight onto the pool terrace. The villa has four ocean-facing suites plus a fifth bedroom for staff, a heated pool, and a private wine cellar, gym and games room. It’s a short walk from Gustavia’s boutiques, restaurants and Shell Beach, close enough for dinner in town but private enough to not need to leave. Positioned directly on Lorient Beach, one of St Barths’ best-known surf spots, Maverick pairs a relaxed, surf-chic style with contemporary luxury. The villa has four ensuite suites, a heated infinity pool facing the ocean and a wine cellar, minutes from Saint-Jean and Gustavia. Maverick sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, from $40,000 USD per week.
Blanc Bleu overlooks the hills of Lurin, built with clean architectural lines, white interiors and blue accents, and natural materials throughout. It has six bedroom suites, expansive terraces, an infinity pool and a secluded jacuzzi. A private padel court and fitness studio are rare additions on the island, and mean guests have little reason to leave the property at all. Blanc Bleu sits minutes from Gustavia’s harbour, boutiques and beaches. Blanc Bleu sleeps 12 across six bedrooms, from $55,000 USD per week.
