The Evok Collection is set to bring its Nolinski brand to the French Riviera for the first time, confirming the opening of Nolinski Golfe de Saint‑Tropez in April 2027.

The property will take shape in Gassin, just moments from the glamour of Saint‑Tropez, transforming the former Mas de Chastelas estate into a refined five‑star hideaway surrounded by three hectares of landscaped gardens.

This marks a significant evolution for Nolinski, which until now has been defined by its urban addresses. The Riviera outpost is conceived as a destination in its own right — a place designed for long lunches, slow returns from the beach, golden‑hour cocktails and late dinners, with an easy rhythm that suits both couples and families. The brand emphasises a sense of lightness, elegance and effortless sociability, with spaces shaped for every generation to enjoy without compromise.

The project is being developed by Zaka Investments on behalf of Evok Collection, with the backing of Famille C Participations, the investment arm of the Courtin‑Clarins family, a strategic shareholder in the group.

Interiors are being imagined by Nathan Litera, who is reinterpreting the Nolinski design language for the Riviera. Expect clean architectural lines, sensuous materials, abundant natural light and a staging of everyday summer life, all tailored to the region’s distinctive atmosphere.

The property will offer a full five‑star experience from morning to night, including dining venues, a bar, pools and a wellness club, alongside a kids’ club and teen zone to ensure family stays feel seamless and relaxed.

Nolinski Golfe de Saint‑Tropez aims to become a new Riviera address that blends pleasure, energy and a strong sense of place — a retreat designed for guests who want the spirit of Saint‑Tropez with the privacy and calm of Gassin.
