UK firms looking for a corporate hospitality option with genuine wow factor at the remaining 2025 Grands Prix now have one of the most distinctive on the calendar. House 44, a trackside suite created by F1 Experiences in the style of a Soho House members’ club and curated with Lewis Hamilton’s Plus 44 brand, is running at four more races this season, with packages starting from $12,000 USD per person.
For business travellers and SME owners who use sport to entertain clients, the proposition is straightforward. House 44 sits inside the F1 Paddock Club, the most exclusive hospitality tier at any Grand Prix, and bundles three days of suite access, full food and drink, and a programme of behind-the-scenes experiences into a single price. That makes budgeting for a client weekend considerably simpler than piecing together tickets, catering and paddock access separately.
What the package buys
The suite itself is fitted out in signature Soho House style, with a bespoke drinks menu that includes specially created cocktails and Almave, Hamilton’s non-alcoholic blue agave spirit, a useful nod to guests who want to keep a clear head between race sessions and business conversations. Food is a mix of global and local dishes built around market-fresh ingredients.
Positioning is the other selling point. The suite overlooks the pit lane and the start and finish straight, giving guests direct views of the start, the pit-stop battles and the run to the chequered flag. Racing memorabilia and items from the Plus 44 collection are displayed throughout, and the weekend programme features live DJ sets, acoustic sessions, curated photography and appearances from VIP guests, including Hamilton himself.
Access beyond the suite
Where House 44 earns its price for client entertainment is outside the suite. Guests get guided tours of the F1 Paddock, the most tightly controlled area of the circuit, plus daily roaming access to the Aramco F1 Pit Lane across the Grand Prix weekend, with close-up views of the team garages and mechanics at work. An open-topped truck tour of the circuit, hosted by an expert who talks through driver strategy, and priority access to post-race celebrations round out the programme, subject to availability. For companies that have hosted clients at Formula 1 weekends before, it is a markedly deeper level of access than a standard grandstand-and-lounge package.
It also extends the reach of a brand UK businesses already know well. Soho House has been growing its footprint for corporate-friendly spaces, most recently with its Manchester opening, and House 44 takes that club atmosphere trackside.
Dates, costs and logistics
House 44 appears at four remaining 2025 rounds: the Italian Grand Prix at Monza on 5-7 September 2025, the Mexico City Grand Prix on 24-26 October 2025, the Las Vegas Grand Prix on 20-22 November 2025 and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on 5-7 December 2025.
Packages start from $12,000 USD, roughly Dhs45,577 for the Abu Dhabi round, covering three-day suite access, trackside experiences, all food and drink and the full set of House 44 extras. F1 Experiences can also arrange premium hotels at each location, and in Las Vegas and Abu Dhabi it offers stays with daily circuit transfers, which takes most of the logistics off a PA’s or office manager’s desk. Full details and booking are available through the F1 Paddock Club.
