YTL Hotels has introduced its first all-inclusive holiday offer, covering stays at its three flagship beach resorts in Malaysia: Pangkor Laut Resort, Tanjong Jara Resort and Gaya Island Resort.
For UK business travellers already flying into Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, the offer makes it easier to bolt a fixed-cost leisure break onto a work trip. The package bundles daily breakfast, lunch and dinner with a programme of resort activities, removing the unpredictable extras that can inflate the bill at luxury properties. Nightly rates start from £140 including breakfast, with the option to book direct for added perks such as return transfers or spa treatments.
The move is well timed. Six in ten UK workers now extend business trips into holidays, and Malaysia Aviation Group is adding routes and frequencies ahead of Visit Malaysia 2026, improving connectivity from London.
Three resorts, three settings
Pangkor Laut Resort occupies a private island off Malaysia’s west coast, where 300 acres of two-million-year-old rainforest are reserved for guests alone under its “One Island, One Resort” approach.

Gaya Island Resort sits within the protected Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park off Borneo, with views of Mount Kinabalu and hillside villas in primary rainforest. Conservation runs through the stay: guided nature walks, hands-on coral propagation, marine and wildlife workshops, and support for injured sea turtles and rescued primates. Yoga, meditation, the Spa Village, films under the stars and handicraft classes round out the offer. For smaller firms without negotiated hotel rates, all-inclusive pricing brings the budgeting certainty that corporate travel programmes usually reserve for bigger companies.
