Accor has struck a sweeping multi-market loyalty alliance with Uber, in a move that promises to knit together hotel stays, ground transport and food delivery for millions of business travellers around the world.
Under the agreement, announced this week, members of ALL Accor, the French hospitality giant’s booking platform and loyalty programme, will be able to link their accounts directly with Uber, earn ALL Accor points on rides and Uber Eats orders, and unlock reciprocal status perks across both ecosystems. The partnership is expected to go live across selected markets during the second half of 2026.
For corporate travellers, the tie-up is significant. It addresses one of the more persistent frictions of the modern business trip: the disjointed shuffle between airport, taxi, hotel and dinner reservation, each typically booked on a separate platform with its own loyalty currency. By embedding Uber’s mobility and delivery services within the ALL Accor digital environment, Accor is positioning its app as a one-stop shop from front door to hotel lobby and back again.
The first phase will roll out Uber and Uber Eats delivery integrations in France, Germany and Poland, while the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Morocco will receive ride-hailing benefits. Further markets are expected to follow.
Madhu Kannan, chief business officer at Uber, said the deal reflected the ride-hailing group’s broader ambition to anchor itself in the daily lives of frequent travellers. “Uber is at the heart of your travel experience,” he said. “With Uber One, we’re also building one of the most valuable everyday membership programmes and connecting mobility and delivery seamlessly. Partnering with Accor brings together travel and daily life in a way that’s more convenient, more rewarding, and ultimately more valuable for our shared customers.”
Three features sit at the core of the partnership. Members will be able to book Uber rides and Uber Eats deliveries directly through the ALL Accor digital ecosystem, smoothing the path from home to hotel stay. They will also earn ALL Accor points on Uber journeys and food orders, with Uber One subscribers receiving additional benefits on top. Crucially for status-conscious road warriors, the tie-up introduces reciprocal recognition: annual Uber One members will receive ALL Accor status upgrades, while eligible ALL Accor members will be offered extended free trials of Uber One.
Points earned through Uber activity can be redeemed across Accor’s global hotel estate, as well as on dining, experiences and through more than 110 third-party partners, subject to ALL Accor’s standard programme terms.
The arrangement reflects an accelerating trend in business travel, with hotel groups increasingly looking beyond their own four walls to embed loyalty value into the wider customer journey. By stitching Uber’s airport pickups, hotel transfers, in-stay rides and restaurant delivery into a single rewards proposition, Accor is sharpening its appeal to the corporate traveller for whom convenience and continuity often outweigh headline room rates.
For Uber, meanwhile, the partnership opens a sizeable new audience of high-frequency international travellers and deepens the case for its Uber One subscription, which the company has been positioning as a cornerstone of its push into everyday consumer spending.
