Following a £42 million transformation, the new hotel will open as part of Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio

Immersive Hospitality Management (IHM) is delighted to announce that its highly anticipated new hotel, Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, will open in central London in September 2026. Part of Tribute Portfolio, Marriott Bonvoy’s global family of characterful, independent hotels, the hotel brings a distinctly bohemian spirit to Bayswater, blending tradition and rebellion. Located at 1 Lancaster Gate, the 309-room upscale hotel marks the completion of IHM’s £42 million transformation of the former Corus Hotel Hyde Park into a vibrant new upscale destination.

Situated on the doorstep of Hyde Park and within easy reach of Paddington, Mayfair and Oxford Street, Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has been designed as a tranquil urban escape that balances the energy of the city with the calm of its park-side setting. The hotel reflects the essence of its surroundings – combining the elegance of Lancaster Gate, the lively spirit of Bayswater, the tranquillity of Hyde Park and the connectivity of Paddington train station.

The hotel’s interiors have been curated by acclaimed interior designer Goddard Littlefair alongside architect Unwin Jones Partnership, drawing inspiration from the bohemian culture of the neighbourhood during the 1960s and 70s. Influences from creatives including Zandra Rhodes, Ossie Clark, David Hockney and David Hicks can be seen throughout the property, with bold colour pairings, rich textures and abstract patterns sitting alongside heritage detailing and Victorian architectural references. The design also pays tribute to the hotel’s prime location, drawing inspiration from Hyde Park’s natural beauty with greens and blues used throughout to bring the outside in.

Hyde & Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, will offer 309 guestrooms and suites across several room categories, ranging from Standard through to Townhouse Suites. Each room and suite features its own distinct design, fusing vibrant interiors, striking materiality and modern comforts. Guestrooms feature smart TVs, coffee machines, complimentary Grown Alchemist toiletries, and carefully considered seating nooks, while suites offer expanded layouts and elevated design details. Family Hydeaway and Townhouse suites also boast Toto Washlet smart toilets, complete with heated seats, integrated bidet functionality, warm-air drying and customisable wash functions, bringing a signature touch of Japanese-inspired elegance to every stay.

The hotel will also debut two distinctive food and beverage concepts, designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community.

Additional facilities include a state-of-the-art gym and studio space featuring premium Life Fitness equipment, alongside two flexible meeting rooms, available to book in a range of layout configurations. Both meeting rooms can be booked separately or together as a duo for those in need of more space. Spaces feature everything visitors may need to host a successful event, including TVs, flip charts & markers, name cards, stationery, stackable chairs and tables and conference call equipment.
