JetBlue has unveiled a redesigned, more intuitive flight‑shopping experience that allows customers to compare onboard products and fare types in just two steps – a move that prepares the airline for the rollout of BlueFirst™, its new domestic first‑class cabin launching later this year.

The update introduces a streamlined flow where travellers first choose from JetBlue’s four onboard experiences – Main, EvenMore®, BlueFirst™, and Mint® – each defining seating, amenities and service levels . They then select one of up to three fare options offering varying levels of flexibility, from low‑cost Base fares to fully refundable Flex fares.

JetBlue says the redesign ensures customers “can easily find the JetBlue experiences they are looking for,” with bookings now possible “in two simple clicks” first the onboard experience, then the fare type based on seat selection and refundability preferences.

The update also renames JetBlue’s long‑standing Core cabin to Main, aligning terminology with broader industry standards while retaining JetBlue’s signature service, free high‑speed Fly‑Fi®, seatback entertainment and complimentary snacks and drinks .

The new structure sets the stage for BlueFirst™, JetBlue’s first domestic first‑class product, which will debut across non‑Mint aircraft and routes later this year. The airline says the name was chosen to make the product instantly recognisable to travellers seeking a premium domestic experience .

JetBlue’s updated fare options will roll out in the coming days, with existing bookings retaining their original benefits and terms . More details on BlueFirst™ will be released later this year .
