Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has announced plans to bring its signature resort and branded residences to Marrakech, marking a major expansion into one of North Africa’s most dynamic destinations.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the new Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech will sit around 20 minutes from Marrakech Menara Airport, positioning it as an accessible hub for international travellers and corporate groups.
The project will feature more than 100 guestrooms and suites, including a large Celebration Suite, alongside over 50 private villas, each designed with its own pool, Jacuzzi and garden. The resort will introduce several dining concepts, outdoor bars and a high‑energy beach‑club‑style pool scene — a hallmark of the Nikki Beach brand.
Plans also include a substantial wellness centre with hammams, saunas, steam rooms and treatment spaces, plus an underground sports complex featuring a gym, yoga studios, squash courts, a cinema room and a golf simulator. Outdoor tennis and padel courts and a dedicated kids’ club round out the facilities.
For business travellers, the scale of the development signals a new contender in Marrakech’s meetings and incentives landscape. The combination of private villas, large‑format leisure spaces and extensive wellness and fitness amenities positions the resort as a versatile base for corporate retreats, incentive groups and high‑end events seeking a blend of work, lifestyle and entertainment.
The Marrakech opening joins a growing global pipeline for Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, which continues to expand its footprint across key leisure and business‑travel markets.
