Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) has launched its new Every Meeting Matters campaign, reinforcing its push into the fast‑growing global MICE sector as business travel continues to rebound.

The move follows major upgrades across the group’s meeting and event spaces, including refreshed ballrooms and enhanced technology infrastructure.

The global MICE market, valued at USD 783.7 billion in 2023, is forecast to nearly double by 2032, driven by younger attendees seeking tech‑enabled, wellness‑focused and sustainable event experiences. PPHG says its portfolio is already aligned with these expectations, offering natural‑light venues, advanced hybrid‑meeting capabilities and wellness‑led programming across its Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands.

Asia‑Pacific remains a major growth engine, with the region’s MICE market projected to reach USD 355 billion by 2030. PPHG’s strong footprint in Singapore, India, China and Australia positions it to capture rising demand for high‑quality, centrally located venues.

The group has also invested heavily in Asset Enhancement Initiatives, including a full revitalisation of Pan Pacific Perth’s 2,500‑sqm convention floor—now the city’s largest. Sustainability measures such as reduced single‑use items, locally sourced menus and eco‑themed activities are increasingly embedded into event design.

PPHG CEO Choe Peng Sum said the campaign reflects the group’s commitment to delivering “impactful meetings and events that inspire collaboration and meaningful connections,” while Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer Celine Du highlighted growing demand for venues that blend creativity, technology and wellbeing.

For business travellers and event planners, the message is clear: PPHG is positioning itself as a go‑to partner for next‑generation meetings across Asia‑Pacific and beyond.
