Alpine Adventure and Family Fun in the Austrian Tyrol

Schlosshotel Fiss reopens for the summer season on 4th July, welcoming guests back to one of the Tyrol’s most exciting destinations for family holidays, wellness escapes, and mountain adventure.

Perched at 1,438 metres in Austria’s spectacular Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, the hotel combines luxury hospitality with direct access to a vast network of hiking trails, cycling routes and mountain experiences, making it an ideal base for families looking to make the most of an alpine summer.

Guests can take advantage the Super.Summer.Card., included for all stays, providing easy access to the mountain lifts and opening up endless opportunities for exploration. With a packed calendar of activities throughout the season, guests of all ages can enjoy everything from guided hikes and mountain biking to kid’s cooking and swimming classes.

A standout highlight for this summer is the hotel’s popular alpaca and llama tours, taking place on selected dates throughout July and August. Led by a local guide, families stroll through the beautiful landscape surrounding Wolfsee Lake accompanied by friendly alpacas and baby llamas.

Thrill-seeking guests can also make use of the region’s popular Summer Fun Park attractions, including the Fisser Flitzer, Fisser Flieger, Skyswing and Family Coaster Schneisenfeger.
